Wet n wild introduces new cosmetics, bags

Wet n wild, a division of Markwins North America, is looking to capitalize on its best sellers for 2006 with a string of new cosmetic products that reflect current market trends.

The new cosmetic products, as well as its new SOHO-branded cosmetics bags and wet n wild-branded Podular travel bags, were unveiled at a recent press event in Manhattan.

The 2007 wet n wild cosmetics include products for eyes, lips, nails and face. New products include:

H2O Proof Blending Eye Pencil ($1.99 each), which features on one end a soft smudger to create the smokey eye.

MegaPlump Mascara ($3.99) to give lashes maximum thickness and volume.

3-of-a-Kind Twist-Up Sticks for Lips, Eyes and Cheeks ($3.99 each), which is an all-in-one that can be used on cheeks, eyelids or lips.

The manufacturer also promoted at the event its new Podulars, which are customizable beauty and travel bags. The bags can be mixed and matched and come in a range of sizes to stash the largest to smallest items.

Markwins North America also displayed the spring and summer 2007 collection for its SOHO-branded bags.
