Stein Mart Expands in N.C.

Stein Mart Inc. is expanding its N.C. footprint with a store in Concord at the Afton Ridge Shopping Center. The store will open Aug. 16. The 36,000-sq.-ft. store will feature apparel for women and men as well as accessories, gifts, linens, and shoes.
Stein Mart, based in Jacksonville, Fla., has 271 stores in 30 states. The company has 20 stores in North Carolina, including two in Charlotte, one in Pineville and one in Matthews. Stein Mart also has locations in Hickory and Cornelius
